Guidance for Individual Education Activity (IEA) Applicants Amidst COVID-19

If you want to change from a face-to-face offering to a virtual event, we are here to support you. You do not need to submit a new application.

Simply:

• Submit documentation that the “virtual” activity still meets the criteria. For instance, describe how you will manage learner engagement strategies, the criteria for successful completion, and the evaluation methods.
• Provide the activity agenda (which outlines content, time frame, and speakers).
• If speakers will change, submit updated Conflict of Interest (COI) forms.
• The essential components of the activity planning (gap analysis, evidence, measurable outcomes) should not change.
